Cannabis Concentrate Production Technology Course

This Cannabis Concentrate Production (CCP) Technology course is designed for those interested in establishing, regulating, designing or operating a cannabis extraction facility. During this day long course, students will be given an in depth understanding of specific CCP requirements, different types of commercial extraction process, the chemistry behind the processes, post extraction processes, identified hazards and recommended controls.

This professional training will keep your interest and provide visual images of equipment and processes being discussed. In addition each student will receive a manual specifically written as a reference for attendees.

You will be taught by Jim Lieberman, a chemist and a certified industrial hygienist who has multiple publications in his field and has been recognized for his instructional ability. Your instructor practices what he preaches by assisting firms providing an effective design and compliance for CCP and CIP facilities. In addition, the course will review post extraction processing necessary to create commercial products from the extract.

This course, in conjunction with equipment manufactures’ manuals, will fulfill most state training requirements, and is certified by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico. This course will cover multiple technologies, which you may want to add to your current operations. The course will cover the science, technology and safety of the extraction and post extraction processing.

You will have the opportunity to have your personal questions answered. We are limiting attendance; SO DON’T WAIT!

Don’t miss this opportunity to save months of time and thousands of dollars planning, design and operating your facility.

Have multiple employees to train? THC Safety also provides private, company-specific training courses on a fixed cost basis. Let us come to you with our trained expert, course materials, and a full day of learning. Everyone in attendance will leave with a certificate of completion.

The Cannabis Concentrate Production Technology course was great! It took me through the basics to more advanced extraction technologies. Jim answered my and other attendees’ questions with clear, understandable answers. This is a great course! Jim’s knowledge, resources and certifications are the perfect fit for your Cannabusinesses needs when considering designing, building, or operating an extraction facility. I look forward to working with THC Safety, Inc now and in the future!

This THC Safety training course was amazing! I have a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and I thought it was great to teach myself and others that do not have a science Background the basics of chemistry in the extraction process (whether butane or CO2). This was highly informative on many different levels and very engaging. I came out of the training wanting to learn more! I think that this training should be a requirement for people in the cannabis extraction industry to learn all of this safety information and chemistry. I will absolutely recommend this training for anyone looking to pursue these same business opportunities. Thank you!

We were pleased to work with THC Safety to promote a continuing education opportunity on June 23, 2017 in downtown San Diego to prepare members to better serve the design needs of the rapidly evolving market in California for cannabis-related facilities. I attended a significant portion of the day-long workshop, as did the Chapter’s Practice Commissioner, and we agreed that the presentation was very well organized, thorough, timely and of real interest to attendees – 80% of whom were architects or employed by architecture firms in the County of San Diego. In addition to the political and regulatory aspects facing the industry, the technical requirements for production, storage and distribution facilities will require design practitioners to be very well-versed in the important details. In our view, the THC Safety Workshop offered an effective and engaging introduction to this important topic.

Jim Lieberman’s knowledge and teaching style are outstanding! I highly recommend participating in any of his classes; He is an expert and makes things easy to understand at all levels.
Recently Jim was a guest on my monthly webinar, it was an honor to share a platform with such an amazing and knowledgeable man. You will certainly walk away wanting to learn more and be well versed in his teachings.
Thank you,
